J O Hambro Investment Management appoints CEO
 

J O Hambro Investment Management ('JOHIM'), the specialist private client asset management company announces the appointment of Hugh Grootenhuis as Chief Executive Officer, from June 2007. Hugh will report to Ian Marsh the head of Credit Suisse’s UK Private Banking business and joins the Private Bank's Executive Committee.

Since joining JOHIM in 1999, Hugh has been responsible for marketing JOHIM's private client business as well as structuring new long only and hedge fund vehicles. In May 2007 he was appointed Head of all the Funds business and joined the Executive Board.
